Polishing Brush roller Abrasive nylon cylinder brushes are specifically designed for applications that require a brushing action with the presence of abrasive grit. These brushes are commonly used for cleaning, scrubbing, and surface treatment purposes. Unlike cylindrical brushes made with different types of nylon, abrasive nylon cylinder brushes utilize extruded nylon filaments that are embedded with abrasive grit. This unique combination allows the brush to deliver a more aggressive cleaning performance. By incorporating abrasive nylon as the fill material, these brushes offer the advantages of both a flexible and conformable brush, as well as the abrasive properties. The aggressiveness of the cleaning action and the stiffness of the filament can be controlled by selecting the appropriate grit size in relation to the filament diameter.
Due to their unique advantages in the deburring and polishing process, abrasive brush rollers are gaining increasing popularity. These rollers are capable of effectively eliminating burrs, sharp edges, and other surface imperfections that occur during part machining. Additionally, they can also remove rust and scale buildup.
