The internal coiled brush is a specially crafted cylindrical brush, made by shaping a customized straight strip brush into a cylinder with filaments directed inward. The tightly wound filaments within the coil brush are arranged in a compact manner. Typically, the internal coiled brush remains stationary while the product passes through it. These specialized brushes have versatile applications, serving as effective seals, cleaning tools, or aids in preparing products for secondary uses. On occasion, they are utilized to clean or wipe the external surface of a shaft, effectively managing dirty as the shaft moves.
Structure and size
These brushes begin as straight strip brushes and are subsequently shaped into a cylindrical form, with the metal positioned on the outer side and the filaments directed towards the center.
