Spiral Brush This type cylindrical brushes are custom-made, they can be divided into spiral type and staple set (also called punch filled or tufted) type. Spiral type roller brushes have a higher density brushing face than staple set brushes. Roller brushes are mostly used in industrial cleaning, sweeping, polishing, deburring, sweeping, spreading, waxing, water absorption by choosing different filament materials. About materials we have frequently-used nylon and polypropylene, stainless steel, brass wire, copper-coated wire, abrasive nylon wire, Tampico fiber, horsehair, etc. Generally, synthetic fiber roller brush is used in industrial cleaning, conveyor belt,agricultural food cleaning, led panel cleaning, etc. The nylon pickling roller brush is used for oil removal, rust removal, polishing, cleaning; wire fill roller brush is for steel pretreatment line suitable for conveying, pickling, surface cleaning and polishing of cold and hot-rolled galvanizing lines, color coating lines, and other rolled plates in the steel industry. It has the characteristics of abrasion resistance, high-temperature resistance. Abrasive nylon roller brushes are good for woodworking applications. Shaft materials includes stainless steel or normal type high carbon steel, can also make the steel tube both sides with steel cover and make required inside diameter.
