Spiral Brush Spiral brushes are crafted from strip brush materials and are specifically designed for applications that require a consistent brush pressure and effective cleaning. These brushes begin as straight strip brushes and are skillfully transformed into a cylindrical shape, with the metal component positioned on the outer side and the filaments directed towards the center. The brush is then carefully stretched to achieve the desired pitch, also known as lead. Depending on the specific requirements, these brushes can be customized with various coil spacing, fill materials, metal strip sizes, and shaft and core diameters made from steel, stainless steel, or aluminum.
Brushes equipped with filaments coated with brass-coated steel or stainless steel are highly effective in the removal of scale, lubrication residue, and carrier coating from wires, rods, and tubes. These brushes also exhibit exceptional performance in polishing and rust removal applications. Moreover, the stainless steel filament is particularly well-suited for aggressive descaling tasks and environments with high temperatures.
