INDUSTRIAL SPIRAL BRUSH
Spiral Brush Strip brushes are utilized in the construction of screw brushes, ideal for applications requiring uniform brush pressure and effective cleaning. Initially designed as straight strip brushes, they are then transformed into a cylindrical form, with the metal elements located on the external surface and the filaments oriented towards the core. Subsequently, the brush is expanded to attain the required spacing or lead. Various combinations of coil spacing, fill materials, metal strip sizes, and shaft/core diameters can be employed when manufacturing these brushes, which can be composed of steel, stainless steel, or aluminum.
These brushes are coated with brass, steel, and stainless steel filaments, specifically engineered to efficiently eradicate scale, lubrication residue, and carrier coating from wires, rods, and tubes. Moreover, they demonstrate outstanding polishing capabilities and excel at rust removal. Additionally, the stainless steel filaments are particularly suitable for demanding descaling procedures and environments featuring elevated temperatures.
