Starting as straight strip brushes, they undergo a transformation into a cylindrical shape, with the metal components positioned on the outer surface and the filaments pointing towards the core. The brush is then expanded to achieve the desired coil spacing or lead. When producing these brushes, a wide range of combinations of coil spacing, fill materials, metal strip sizes, and shaft/core diameters can be utilized. These brushes can be constructed using steel, stainless steel, or aluminum materials.
These brushes are equipped with a specialized combination of filaments, including brass, steel, and stainless steel. They are meticulously designed to effectively eliminate scale, lubrication residue, and carrier coating from wires, rods, and tubes. In addition to their exceptional polishing abilities, they excel in removing rust. Specifically, the stainless steel filaments are exceptionally well-suited for demanding descaling procedures and environments that involve high temperatures.
