In rolling mills and coil treatment of iron, wire and aluminium alloys, pickling or surface treatment is required, for which you need to install brush sets suitable for special cylindrical bristles. Recommended speed of brush roller :750-900 RPM; High service speed of brush rollers: 1000 RPM Technical brushes for rolling mills and pickling can be mounted on empty tubes or "filled" tubes with flanged cores. The tube can be disposable or reusable. We can offer our customers the service of returning worn brushes to reuse the tube core. In this way, customers save both financial costs and reduce their environmental impact. Interchangeable acid brushes, as well as large ring or spiral brushes in general, are mounted via a tube core with a flange and locking sleeve, which allows for quick brush changes. Each product is designed and manufactured according to the customer's installation and processing needs. Materials, surface types and brush wires: Surfaces treated can be ferrous (carbonaceous and filamentous) and non-ferrous (aluminum and special alloys). Depending on the desired machining accuracy, you can choose a brush wire with a rectangular, oval or circular cross-section.
