Silicon Carbide Honing Brush
The honing brush has a very wide range of applications, often used in hydraulic cutting groove edge deburring, cross hole deburring, air conditioning refrigerator (compressor) deburring, cylinder body deburring, engine parts, mechanical processing, hole processing,brake valley processing; At the same time, it is also suitable for polishing of some vertebral circle, cone and Wencke tube holes.
Honing brush is designed for use on any type or size of cylinder from 4mm up to 6" in diameter. This cylinder hone is designed for surface finishing and cross hole deburring in brake cylinders, wheel cylinders, hydraulics, pneumatics and valve guides. Additional abrasive types and grits are available.

Bristles can be made of carbon steel, stainless steel, brass, silicon carbide abrasives,alumina,nylon and natural fiber materials to achieve excellent surface quality on a variety of substrates.The sizes and grit can also be customized according to customer requirements.
